SCENARIO # 1 ANSWER
The answer is "YES" (with an explanation). Usually, I would never recommend a warning shot and I still don't. However, Florida House Bill 89 signed into law by Rick Scott in June 2014, although not mentioning a warning shot, does allude to the fact that when your life or the life of another is in jeopardy, a warning shot can be use. The media is calling this bill the "Warning Shot" bill. I still recommend that it's better to aim at your intended target to stop his assault. A warning shot can be dangerous and hit an innocent bystander.
